On August 9, 2026, reporters learned from Shanghai Frontier Inspection that due to the impact of this year's 13th typhoon, "White Dolphin," emergency adjustments have been made at both Shanghai airport and seaport, resulting in changes to the arrival and departure schedules of some inbound and outbound flights and international shipping vessels. To respond to typhoon "White Dolphin," the Shanghai Frontier Inspection General Station swiftly activated its emergency mechanism for typhoon and flood prevention, closely tracking the typhoon's path, weather warnings, and changes in port operations. Preparations such as police readiness, facility inspections, material support, and emergency response measures have been made in advance to ensure the safety and stability of the port during the typhoon's impact and a timely reopening of the port after the storm passes.
