The second district consultation meeting on Hong Kong's five-year plan and policy report was held today.

Today, the first five-year plan for Hong Kong and the regional consultation for the 2026 policy address was held, attended by Chief Executive John Lee and several officials from the SAR government to engage with citizens. John Lee introduced that the public consultation for Hong Kong's first five-year plan and the 2026 policy address began in June. He and the bureau directors have held over 90 consultation sessions, receiving approximately 13,800 opinions related to the five-year plan and about 8,500 opinions related to the policy address. The SAR government is working diligently to organize and analyze these opinions, aiming to announce Hong Kong's first five-year plan in the third quarter of this year.
