On the evening of August 7, Hong Kong-based Jinglin Asset Management Limited, a subsidiary of private equity giant Jinglin Asset, submitted its holdings report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the period ending in the second quarter of 2026. According to the 13F filing, as of June 30, 2026, Jinglin Hong Kong had a total market value of holdings in the U.S. stock market amounting to $2.186 billion, a significant decrease of 43.64% from $3.878 billion at the end of the first quarter. In terms of portfolio adjustments, in the second quarter, Jinglin Hong Kong acquired 4 new securities, increased its position in 1 security, while completely divesting from 8 securities and reducing its stake in 11 securities. Notably, Jinglin Hong Kong fully divested from stocks such as Meta, Nvidia, and Amazon, while significantly reducing its holdings in key positions including Google's parent company Alphabet, Intel, and NetEase.
