According to the reporter from the Shanghai Bureau of China National Railway, in order to ensure the safety of railway transportation and passenger travel, the railway department is closely monitoring the path changes and subsequent effects of Typhoon "Bai Dolphin." Based on the suspension plan announced on August 7, further adjustments have been made to the train operation plans. Temporary suspension measures are planned for certain trains traveling through specific segments during certain time periods on the high-speed rail lines such as the Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway, Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-Speed Railway, Hangzhou-Taizhou High-Speed Railway, Hangzhou-Quzhou High-Speed Railway, the Lanjian section of the Jinjian High-Speed Railway, Hangzhou-Changsha High-Speed Railway, Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway, Jinwen Railway, and Jintai Railway from August 9 to 10, as well as on the Hejiu Railway, Tongjiu Railway, and Lutung Railway from August 10 to 11.
