Super typhoon "Bai Dolphin" approaches the coastal areas of Zhejiang and Fujian, and the railway department has suspended some train services.

At 13:00 today, the center of Typhoon "White Dolphin" was located about 465 kilometers southeast of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, over the sea, with maximum wind forces near the center reaching level 14, qualifying it as a strong typhoon. Starting from 10:00, the China National Railway Group Nanchang Bureau initiated a level four emergency response for flood and typhoon prevention on the Qu Ning Railway, Hang Shen Railway, the segment from Fuding to Fuzhou South, and related branch and connecting lines. Utilizing satellite imagery, radar charts, and other technical methods, it is monitoring rainfall trends and the typhoon's path in real-time, providing timely warnings for strong rainfall and sections that may be at risk of disasters. Passenger trains K8748 from Fuzhou to Songxi and K32 from Luoyang to Fuzhou are planned to be suspended. The Shanghai Bureau of China National Railway Group is closely monitoring changes in the path of Typhoon "White Dolphin" and its subsequent impacts, activating emergency responses for typhoon and flood prevention, and adjusting train operation plans on certain railway lines in the Yangtze River Delta. Temporary suspension measures are planned for certain trains on sections of the Qu Jiu Railway, Hu Kun Railway, and Xiao Yong Railway from August 9 to 10; on sections of the Qu Ning Railway and Yong Jin Railway from August 9 to 11; and on sections of the Jin Qian Railway and Wan Gan Railway from August 9 to 12 and August 9 to 13, respectively.
