Trump Media Group withdraws from two deals with Crypto.com

Kevin McGurn, the interim CEO, revealed that Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of Truth Social, is withdrawing from two collaborations with Crypto.com. The new management team aims to refocus the tech company's business on its media sector and the pending merger with the fusion company TAE. This strategic adjustment departs from the development trajectory set by the previous management. During the peak of its cryptocurrency treasury business in 2025, the former management made significant investments in the cryptocurrency and financial services space. McGurn stated, "We want to focus on our core business." He mentioned that the market for digital asset treasury companies has become saturated over the past year.
