According to Zhitong Finance APP, a federal judge in Texas has recently dismissed an antitrust lawsuit filed by a compounding pharmacy against Eli Lilly (LLY.US) and Novo Nordisk (NVO.US). The pharmacy had previously accused the two companies of violating U.S. antitrust laws by establishing exclusive partnerships with telemedicine platforms, which limited doctors from prescribing customized compounding versions of their GLP-1 weight-loss medications.
