Daimler Trucks raises full-year guidance for 2026.
On August 7, Daimler Trucks released its second-quarter financial report for 2026: revenue from core business increased to 11.4 billion, with the group's adjusted EBIT at 838 million and an adjusted return on sales from core business at 6.8%. In the second quarter, the group sold 86,707 vehicles and received 74,448 new orders. Daimler Trucks also raised its performance guidance for the full year of 2026: the group's adjusted EBIT expectation was upgraded from 3.2-3.7 billion to 3.6-4.1 billion, group sales were increased from 330,000-360,000 units to 340,000-370,000 units, revenue from core business was raised from 42-46 billion to 43-47 billion, and the adjusted return on sales from core business was increased from 6%-8% to 7%-9%.
