Anhui Securities Regulatory Commission: Issued a warning letter to Suzhou Industry Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.

On August 7, the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau released a decision regarding the issuance of a warning letter to Suzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. According to the investigation, the company, as the issuer of corporate bonds, failed to disclose the annual report for 2025 within the specified deadline, violating the relevant provisions of Articles 4, 50, and the first paragraph of Article 51 of the Administrative Measures for the Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds. In accordance with the provisions of Article 69 of the Administrative Measures for the Issuance and Trading of Corporate Bonds, the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative regulatory measures by issuing a warning letter to the company, which will be recorded in the integrity file of the securities and futures market.
