Huaneng Hydropower and Tongwei Co., Ltd. invest to establish a new energy company.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Huaneng Lancangjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. was established. Its business scope includes: electrical equipment repair; electric vehicle charging infrastructure operation; research and development of emerging energy technologies; wind power generation technical services, and more. Qichachas equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Huaneng Hydropower's wholly-owned subsidiary Huaneng Lancangjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. and Tongwei Smart Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tongwei Co., Ltd.
