The Tianyancha app shows that Beijing Chalk Blue Sky Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of Chalk, was established in February 2015, with Luo Chengxing as its legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes educational consulting services, software development, and retail of publications, among others. Annual report information indicates that the number of insured individuals at the company has decreased from 699 in 2023 to 47 in 2025.
