The Shenzhen Investment Promotion Bureau has released a notice regarding the acceptance of applications for the 2026 Foreign Investment Incentive Program. Support targets: Foreign-invested enterprises or their branches that are legally registered and established in Shenzhen and perform headquarters management functions, recognized by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, meeting the standards for multinational companies' China regional headquarters, Asia-Pacific regional headquarters, and global division headquarters, excluding enterprises in the financial and real estate industries.
