According to the Qichacha APP, Beijing Yuanqi Physical Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhang Yan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 800 million yuan. The business scope includes the sales of complete electric vehicles; research and development of auto parts; manufacturing of intelligent onboard equipment; research and development of intelligent robots; development of basic artificial intelligence software, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd.
