"The white dolphin" approaches, Ningbo and Zhoushan initiate Level II coastal typhoon emergency response.

This year, Typhoon No. 13 "Bailong" is continuing to approach. As of 5 AM on August 7, the center of the typhoon is about 852 kilometers from Ningbo, with maximum central winds of scale 14, moving westward at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour. In response to the typhoon's movements, the maritime departments of Ningbo and Zhoushan raised the coastal typhoon emergency response to level II at 8 AM on August 7.
