As Typhoon "White Dolphin" gradually approaches, the Shanghai Jinshan Maritime Safety Administration has guided ships in its jurisdiction to seize the window of opportunity to depart the port to avoid the storm, while strengthening the water traffic safety defense line throughout the area. With the approach of Typhoon "White Dolphin," the Fujian Maritime Safety Administration is placing emphasis on enhancing typhoon defense measures for ships in the Ningde and Fuzhou sea areas. In response to the areas affected by the typhoon, they are accelerating the relocation of ships in port towards the south, no longer allowing large vessels or hazardous cargo ships to operate in the port, and suspending maritime activities. To ensure safety, as of 14:00 on the 6th, 70 water construction projects along the Fujian coast have been suspended. The Fujian maritime authorities have also strengthened warning and response measures for ships passing through the Taiwan Strait, guiding them to avoid areas affected by the typhoon.
