(the target company, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), Jiaxing Zhang Ke Ling Yi Biological Science Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (Biological Science Venture), Suzhou New Frontier Chuangyuan Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (New Frontier Chuangyuan), and Mr. Wang Xueyan (Mr. Wang, collectively referred to as the "Investors" with Biological Science Venture and New Frontier Chuangyuan) entered into a capital increase agreement.
