Zhitong Finance APP reported that Zhonggang Petroleum (00632.HK) announced that Mr. Zheng Zhensheng has resigned from his positions as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the company, and the termination of his role as the Authorized Representative of the company under Article 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as his role as the Authorized Representative of the company to accept any legal documents or notices served on the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Listing Rule 19.05(2), effective from August 7, 2026.
