Zhito Finance APP news, China Thailand Futures (01461.HK) announced that on August 6, 2026 (after trading hours), the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Thailand Huirong Capital (as the tenant), respectively entered into Lease Agreement One and Lease Agreement Two with Qilu Zhongtai Property (as the landlord). The terms of both agreements run from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027 (including both start and end dates), with rents of RMB 14.5383 million and RMB 4.2484 million, totaling RMB 18.7867 million.
