Xinhongye has reached a strategic cooperation with Qiangshi Technology to establish a joint venture called Qianghong Technology.

According to news from Xinhongye, recently, Xinhongye and Qiangshi Technology Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation agreement, jointly investing to establish Qianghong Technology Co., Ltd., in which Xinhongye holds 51% of the shares, and Qiangshi Technology Co., Ltd. holds 35%. The parties involved expressed that they will use Qianghong Technology as a platform to integrate core resources such as technology research and development, market channels, and supply chain management, focusing on innovative breakthroughs in new application scenarios for specialized cables and related components.
