The Ministry of Finance plans to conduct the first re-issuance of the 2026 book-entry interest-bearing government bonds. This re-issuance will consist of a one-year fixed-rate interest-bearing bond. The total face value for the competitive bidding of this re-issuance is 140 billion yuan, with additional bids from Class A members. The coupon rate for this re-issuance is the same as the previous issuance of bonds of the same term, which is 1.07%. The interest commencement date and payment arrangements for this re-issuance are the same as those for the previously issued bonds of the same term. Interest will begin accruing on July 15, 2026, with the principal and interest payable in a lump sum at maturity, on July 15, 2027. The bidding time is scheduled for August 7, 2026, from 10:35 AM to 11:35 AM.
