To enhance product competitiveness, with the approval of the R&D Technical Committee, the company will establish cross-functional product and technology innovation working groups in batches. Ma Donghui stated that the core logic of the product and technology innovation working group can be summarized in four keywords: emergence, co-creation, pre-positioning, and outcome list, which correspond to the sources of innovation, modes of collaboration, advancement rhythm, and results, respectively. From the appointment announcement, it can be seen that the innovation working group is essentially still a horizontally aligned team formed around specific business segments, with members drawn from various departments including R&D, product, procurement, and sales. At the beginning of July, news of Li Auto splitting its product department circulated internally, but the company did not make an announcement.
