Dongmu Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to issue shares and pay cash to acquire 34.75% of the equity of Shanghai Fuchi held by five counterparties including Yuan Zhi Xing Huo, with the transaction price set at 673 million yuan. On August 6, 2026, the transfer of this equity will be completed, and the company will hold a total of 99% equity in Shanghai Fuchi. In the future, the company will still need to issue shares to the counterparties, pay cash consideration, raise matching funds, handle the registration and listing of the new shares, and amend the Articles of Association, among other matters.
