China Overseas Development (00688.HK) reported a cumulative contracted property sales amount of approximately 149.47 billion yuan in the first seven months, an increase of 13.2% year-on-year.

Zhitong Finance APP reports that China Overseas Development (00688.HK) announced that in July 2026, the contract property sales amount of China Overseas series companies was approximately RMB 15.119 billion, a year-on-year increase of 27.6%; while the corresponding sales area was approximately 550,600 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 16.6%.
