Guoyao Modern announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guoyao Rongseng recently received the drug registration certificate for Bisoprolol Amlodipine Tablets approved and issued by the National Medical Products Administration, which is deemed to have passed the consistency evaluation. This drug is suitable for the treatment of hypertension, with projected sales of 108 million yuan at national public medical institutions and urban pharmacies by 2025. Currently, several companies in China have also obtained this drug registration certificate. Guoyao Rongseng has accumulated research and development expenses of approximately 7.0551 million yuan. This certificate enriches the company's cardiovascular formulation product line and enhances competitiveness, but it does not have a significant impact on current performance, and there is uncertainty regarding drug sales.
