Jiangxi Copper: Investigation into the Stock Trading of Insiders Regarding the Spin-off Subsidiary's IPO

Jiangxi Copper announced that independent financial advisor CICC would investigate the trading activities of insiders regarding the company's spin-off subsidiary Jiang Copper Foil for its listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, covering the period from October 31, 2025, to July 16, 2026. During this time, transactions occurred in CICC's asset management, proprietary, and margin accounts; some natural persons subject to investigation, such as Huang Fang'en, also engaged in trading. All relevant institutions and individuals have declared that the transactions are unrelated to the spin-off and that there is no insider trading. The independent financial advisor believes that no direct evidence of insider trading has been found, and the trading activities do not constitute a substantial legal obstacle to the spin-off.
