Suzhou Gude announced that the company, as a limited partner, has jointly established the Kunshan Shuangyu Yucheng Venture Capital Partnership with Kunshan Hanyang Investment and others. The initial scale of the partnership is 200 million yuan, with the company committing 20 million yuan, accounting for 10%. Recently, this investment fund has completed the filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China and obtained the "Private Investment Fund Filing Certificate," with a filing date of August 5, 2026.
