This year's No. 13 typhoon "Bai Dolphin" was located approximately 1,260 kilometers east of Wenzhou at 11:00 on August 6, with a maximum wind force of level 14 near the center. It is expected that "Bai Dolphin" will move northwest at a speed of about 15 to 20 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity or a slight enhancement. According to the "Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Typhoon Prevention, and Drought Relief in Zhejiang Province" and the defense work plan for typhoon "Bai Dolphin," after evaluation and consultation, the Zhejiang Provincial Flood Control Command has decided to adjust the emergency response for typhoon prevention at sea to Level IV emergency response at 14:00 on August 6.
