Omdia: By 2026, the top six global PC brands will account for 80% of the notebook panel procurement volume.

According to a report from Omdia, due to the shortage of components and rising costs, supply resources are increasingly concentrating on leading industry manufacturers. It is expected that by 2026, the procurement volume of notebook panels by the top six PC brands globally will account for 80.4% of the total global procurement volume, reaching the highest annual share since 2021. Meanwhile, according to the latest analysis from Omdia, the global shipment volume of notebook panels is expected to decline by 5.5% year-on-year to 221 million units.
