Swire Properties reported a basic profit attributable to shareholders of HK$7.843 billion in the first half of the year, an increase of 43% compared to the same period last year.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Swire Properties Limited A (00019.HK) and Swire Properties Limited B (00087.HK) announced their interim results for 2026. The group achieved revenue of HKD 49.446 billion, an 8% increase year-on-year; the basic profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 7.843 billion, a 43% increase year-on-year; the profit attributable to shareholders as shown in the financial statements was HKD 6.769 billion, a 731% increase year-on-year; the interim dividend for 'A' shares is HKD 1.5 per share, and for 'B' shares, it is HKD 0.3 per share.
