Luju Technology (01745.HK) plans to sell 85 million yuan worth of non-performing debts from Ningxia Shuidonggou Tourism Development Co., Ltd., Ningxia Western Sunshine Travel Agency Co., Ltd., and two other companies.

Zhihuijia Finance APP reported that Lujitrans Technology (01745.HK) announced that on August 5, 2026, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Lujitrans Technology Group signed an agreement with Ningao Xincheng to transfer such creditor's rights for a consideration of RMB 85 million.
