Netlist has reached a five-year memory agreement with Samsung.

On August 5, computer memory company Netlist announced that it has reached a five-year agreement with Samsung Electronics. Under the terms of the agreement, Samsung will obtain the rights to use Netlist's entire patent portfolio, including its server DIMM and high-bandwidth memory technologies. Samsung will supply DRAM and NAND products to Netlist. Additionally, both parties have agreed to settle and withdraw all pending legal lawsuits against each other.
