Zhigong Finance APP reported that Yuga International Holdings (01621.HK) announced that Ms. Wu Ying-si has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company for personal reasons and work arrangements, effective August 5, 2026. Ms. Wu will also cease to serve as a member of the boards audit committee, compensation committee, and nomination committee from the same date.
