Zhitong Finance APP News, Chongqing Water (601158.SH) announced that in order to enhance the market share of its sewage treatment services and consolidate its market advantage in Chongqing, its subsidiary, Chongqing Yuxi Water Co., Ltd., will acquire the assets of the Phase II expansion project of the Tongnan South District Sewage Treatment Plant, built by Chongqing Water Environmental Holdings Group Co., Ltd., for 46.6399 million yuan, along with the related debts and claims.
