Shanghai International Trust Co., Ltd. has sued the company and Jishou City Zhongji Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., with the amount in question being 322 million yuan, accounting for 76.49% of the company's audited net assets for the year 2025. As of the announcement date, the court has accepted the case, but no hearing has yet been scheduled. If the guarantor ultimately fails to fulfill their repayment obligations, the company may have to bear the responsibility for the shortfall, which could adversely affect its financial condition.
