Beijing Maimai announced that on April 26, 2026, the company reviewed and approved the proposal to acquire 100% of the equity of Mingyi Dairy Co., Ltd., with a transaction price of 69.91 million yuan. Recently, the completion of this acquisition has been finalized, Mingyi Dairy has completed the name change and registered the change with the industry and commerce administration, and is now renamed Qiqihar Beijing Maimai Dairy Co., Ltd., acquiring a new business license.
