HanHua Financial Holdings (03903) has been renamed "HanHua Holdings Co., Ltd."

Zhitong Caijing APP reported that Hanhua Financial Holding (03903) announced that on June 29, 2026, the company completed the registration of its name change and obtained a business license issued by the Chongqing Market Supervision Administration. The company's Chinese name has been changed from Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd. to Hanhua Holding Co., Ltd., while the other contents of the business license remain unchanged. Following the completion of the name change registration, the company obtained a Certificate of Registration of Change of Name for Non-Hong Kong Companies issued by the Registrar of Companies on July 24, 2026, under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), confirming that the company's registered English name in Hong Kong has been changed from Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd. to Hanhua Holding Co., Ltd. and its Chinese name has been changed from Hanhua Financial Holding Co., Ltd. to Hanhua Holding Co., Ltd. (Change of Company Name).
