On August 5, Kweichow Moutai Financing Leasing Co., Ltd. announced that it received the appointment and removal documents from Moutai Group, appointing Wang Jianbo as the company's chairman and removing Li Li from the chairman position. Wang Jianbo will take office starting August 2026, while Li Li's term was originally set to end in July 2026. According to his resume, Wang Jianbo was born in August 1974 and has previously served as the president of the Renhuai City branch of China Construction Bank, the vice president of the Zunyi City branch of China Construction Bank, the deputy general manager of the financial company of Kweichow Moutai Group, and the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Huagui Life Insurance.
