Yuanjing Energy and Yihua Group establish a mines investment company.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Yichang Yijing Mining Investment Co., Ltd. was established, with Chang Zhifeng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 500 million yuan. The business scope includes engaging in investment activities with self-owned funds; manufacturing non-metallic mineral products; mineral washing and processing; mineral dressing; and fertilizer sales, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Hubei Yihua Group Co., Ltd. and Yichang Jingtou Mining Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yuansheng Energy Co., Ltd.
