According to informed sources, the Chinese startup Yanyu Technology, behind the artificial intelligence design agent Lovart, is considering conducting an initial public offering in Hong Kong. Following Manus's breakthrough success, Yanyu Technology is the latest company attempting to seek funding to capitalize on investors' growing demand for AI tools. The sources stated that the company is in preliminary discussions with advisors regarding a potential stock sale. Because the discussions are private, these sources requested anonymity. Meanwhile, the sources indicated that Yanyu Technology is close to securing financing through a deal that would value the startup at $3 billion. They noted that the relevant discussions are still in the early stages and no final decision on the IPO has been made yet.
