Zhitong Finance APP reports that Dehe Group (00368) and the offeror Grand Junction Intelligence Co., Limited jointly announced that the offeror and STFV (as the buyer) completed the acquisition of 600 million shares of the company on August 3, 2026, which accounts for 75% of the company's issued share capital. The total consideration is HKD 225 million, equivalent to HKD 0.375 per share.
