Aike Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yongchuang Xiangyi intends to sign a tripartite "Project Investment Agreement" with the Longmen Industrial Park Management Committee of Huizhou and Longmen County Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd. to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Huizhou, Guangdong Province. The total fixed asset investment for the project is approximately 360 million yuan, of which Yongchuang Xiangyi's fixed asset investment will not be less than 160 million yuan. The project's ramp-up period is 2 years, with an annual production capacity of 238 million square meters of functional special tape at full production. The subsequent implementation of the project requires multiple pre-approvals, and the establishment of the wholly-owned subsidiary also requires registration approval, both of which involve uncertainties.
