As of the end of July, the total guarantee amount provided by the company and its subsidiaries has reached 24.286 billion yuan, accounting for 44.75% of the company's most recent audited net assets attributable to shareholders. Among this, the guarantee amount between the company and its consolidated subsidiary scope is 23.921 billion yuan. The company has not provided guarantees for its controlling shareholders, actual controllers, or their affiliates, and there are no overdue guarantees. This new guarantee matter falls within the expected authorization range of the shareholder meeting and board of directors, and it does not require separate approval from the company's board of directors and shareholder meeting.
