Ministry of Water Resources: Maintain Level IV Emergency Response for Flood Defense in 5 Provinces

On the 4th, reporters learned from the Ministry of Water Resources that the ministry has maintained a Level IV emergency response for flood prevention in Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Heilongjiang, and Chongqing. Five working groups from the Ministry of Water Resources are currently on the front lines in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan, and Chongqing to assist and guide flood prevention efforts amid heavy rainfall.
