Apple (AAPL.O) has requested a preliminary injunction from a U.S. judge to prohibit two former employees and OpenAI from accessing, obtaining, using, or disclosing so-called confidential information, while the company continues to pursue its lawsuit over trade secrets. Last month, Apple sued OpenAI and two former employees currently working at OpenAI, accusing them of stealing Apple's trade secrets to help OpenAI enter the consumer hardware market, escalating the already tense relationship between the two companies.
