Xingye Technology has established a semiconductor company with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.

According to the Qichacha APP, Jiangsu Xingguang Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has been established, with Wu Guoshi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The business scope includes the manufacturing of electronic specialized materials; research and development of electronic specialized materials; sales of electronic specialized materials; and research and development of new material technology, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Xingye Technology through indirect holdings.
