According to the Zhito Finance APP, American pipeline operator Williams Companies (WMB.US) has reached an agreement to acquire Momentum Midstream LLC from private equity firm EnCap Flatrock Midstream for a transaction value of up to $5.5 billion, thereby expanding its natural gas network along the U.S. Gulf Coast.
