According to the news from Zhithong Finance APP, Sunshine Co., Ltd. (000608.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Shenzhen Sunshine Digital Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest no more than 980 million yuan to construct the Sunshine Intelligent Computing Center project on the west side of the S225 line industrial park section in Xingning City, Meizhou, Guangdong Province. The project is expected to start soon, with operations anticipated to officially commence in October 2027. In recent years, influenced by changes in the supply and demand pattern of commercial real estate, the continuous diversion of online consumption, and intensified industry competition, the company's traditional core business has seen a slowdown in growth, and the stability of its single core business performance has faced significant challenges. Therefore, while maintaining stable operations for its existing business, the company is actively exploring new business growth opportunities around its core capabilities.
