Zhitong Finance APP reported that Dinlong Co., Ltd. (300054.SZ) announced that the company intends to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase a portion of its issued ordinary shares (A-shares) through centralized bidding transactions, in order to maintain the company's value and protect shareholder interests. The repurchase price shall not exceed 128 RMB per share. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will be no less than 100 million RMB and no more than 200 million RMB.
