The Serbian Football Association has withdrawn its support for Gianni Infantino's re-election as FIFA President.

On August 3, local time, the Football Association of Serbia issued a statement announcing the withdrawal of its earlier support for Gianni Infantino's reelection as FIFA President next year. The association stated that it had previously expressed its support for Infantino's reelection in writing on May 25. However, after carefully evaluating a series of recent events that have "seriously damaged the reputation of FIFA and its President," it decided to withdraw its support, deeming it the "only logical and rational choice."
