Ningde Times: 6.18 billion yuan dividend for A shares in mid-2026, to be distributed on August 10.

Ningde Times announced that the mid-2026 A-share dividend distribution plan is based on 4.38 billion shares, with a cash distribution of 14.11 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling an actual distribution of 6.18 billion yuan. The equity registration date is August 7, and the ex-dividend and cash dividend payment date is August 10. In addition, due to the dividend distribution, the stock options from the 2021 and 2022 incentive plans will be suspended from exercising between July 29 and August 7, and the maximum repurchase price will be adjusted to 571.60 yuan per share.
